On thursday 5th December,2024, His Excelency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo visited the Okere District with sole purpose of inaugurating the Okere District Hospital. He was assisted by Hon. Minister of Health Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye, Hon. Regional Minister Seth Kwame Acheampong, Member of Parliament for Okere Hon Daniel K. Botwe,Okere District Chief Executive Hon. Daniel Kenneth and District Coordinating Director Mr. Samuel Affadu.
