UNCOMPLETED SCHOOL BUILDING HANDED OVER TO NEW ENGINEERS AT ADUKROM PRESBYTERIAN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

The Authorities at Adukrom Presbyterian Senior High School, the Okere District Assembly and the Ghana Education Trust Fund             have officially re-handedover the uncompleted building  project to a new team  of engineers, marking a renewed effort to ensure the timely completion of the long-delayed facility.

The project, was initiated several years ago, and was stalled due to a combination of logistical and administrative challenges the incomplete structure is being used by students and teachers posing serious risk to them.

During a brief handing-over ceremony held on the school premises, representatives from the school administration, the district office, education authorities, and new contractor and his team expressed optimism that the newly contracted engineers would deliver quality work within the stipulated timeframe.

The head of the institution noted that the completion of the building is critical to addressing the school’s infrastructure deficit. According to school officials, the facility is expected to provide additional classroom space and improve the overall learning environment for students.

The lead engineer of the newly assigned team assured stakeholders of their commitment to completing the project efficiently and to high standards. He emphasized that a thorough assessment of the current state of the structure would be conducted before work resumes fully.

Education authorities reiterated their commitment to monitoring the project closely to ensure accountability and successful completion. Once finished, the building is expected to significantly enhance teaching and learning at Adukrom Presbyterian Senior High School. The programme reached its climax with the District Chief Executive formally handing over the project documents to the contractor, urging him to execute the work diligently and ensure its timely completion.
